Increase Sales in Difficult Times
Hospitality Magazine has some recommendations for those looking to not only survive but increase their sales at a time when coffee prices are beginning to skyrocket. No doubt, the increasing costs will be passed on to the customers. So how does a coffee cart owner or a small cafe, get by when their customers are looking to keep some cash in their wallets?
The simplest answer is to know your customer and what they want. This is true in all types of business but it is especially true in coffee shops where people are not only looking for great tasting coffee at a reasonable price but also a place where they get great service and feel comfortable in.
